Embrace Health is a non-profit organization founded by Vickie L. Cobb-Lucien, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and HIV Specialist with over 28 years of experience serving the Central Florida community. A proud University of South Florida alumna, Vickie is passionate about patient education and promoting healthier outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cruising with her family, and weekend fishing trips with her husband.

Yes, we accept some private insurances. Please call to confirm if we accept your plan.
Yes, we accept most Medicaid and Medicare plans. Please call to confirm if we accept your plan.
You can conveniently book your appointment on our website or call us to schedule.
Yes, we accept walk-in patients. Walk-ins are evaluated and seen in order of urgency of illness or health issue.
Please bring a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state-issued ID, or birth certificate) and your insurance card. If you don’t have insurance, provide proof of household income or a notarized letter of support.
If you don’t have insurance, we use a sliding fee scale to determine the cost of services. This scale is based on your total household income, the number of people living in your home, and the current Federal Poverty Guidelines. We offer discounts of up to 55% for those who qualify and can arrange flexible payment plans to ensure you receive the care you need without financial strain.
Pay stub, bank statement, unemployment letter with income, and/or SSI letter with income. If you have no income, a notarized letter of support.
New Patients- Please arrive 30 minutes before the appointment to get checked in (If you complete the office forms prior to arriving, this will expedite your check in
process).
Existing Patients- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to verify information.
Missed appointments will be subject to a fee of $15 for medical appointments and $10 for labs appointments if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
